Exchange/refunds
Prior to ordering personalised items please ensure you order the correct sizes, as personalised garments cannot be refunded or replaced unless they are found faulty. If items are non-personalised still have the tag and are in an unworn state then we would be happy to exchange them for another size within 14 days of receiving the item please keep your receipt in-case an exchange is required. If you are unsure of the sizing we have a selection in-store available to view and try on.
Delivery
All our items can be posted out for an additional P&P fee which is stated at check out. To arrange in store collection please contact us.
