Exchange/refunds
Prior to ordering personalised items please ensure you order the correct sizes, as personalised garments cannot be refunded or replaced unless they are found faulty. If items are non-personalised still have the tag and are in an unworn state then we would be happy to exchange them for another size within 14 days of receiving the item please keep your receipt in-case an exchange is required. If you are unsure of the sizing we have a selection in-store available to view and try on.
Order Guarantee Dates for Summer 2017
We recommend ordering as soon as possible to ensure your size is available. We are always happy to order in sizes if they are not in stock however these can take up to 7 working days to arrive in store (the guarantee cut off for ordering in items is the 7th of August 2017). Orders can only be guaranteed (on in stock items) up until the 14th of August orders will be taken after this date but may not be ready on time for the new school term starting.
